Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services already performed at The Strand Studio Salon.
Adjustment Appointments
If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, we want to make it right. The Strand Studio Salon may, at its sole discretion, offer a complimentary adjustment appointment under the following conditions:

You contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of your original service date to notify us of your concern

The adjustment request is made within seven (7) days of the original service date

The requested adjustment falls within the scope of the original service performed
Adjustment appointments do not apply to situations where a client has changed their mind about a style, color, or cut that was agreed upon during consultation and correctly executed by the stylist.
Products
Unopened retail products in their original condition may be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds on retail products. Opened products are not eligible for exchange.
Deposits and Prepayments
Deposits paid to secure an appointment are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
